This year for the first time in many years we havea New Moon to greet the New Year.Even though we cannot see this New Moonit is from depths of darkness that light is born.This is a powerful time for focusing on what you want to bring to light in 2014.Begin by focusing on your breath,Bring your breath into your heart space.Open your mind to all your wildest dreams and desires.Truly allow yourself to feel as if you are already living them.Breathe them deep into your heart.Ask your soul to affirm your right to a wonderful lifethat includes your wildest dreams and desires.Trust that these new beginnings are now yours and they grow to the light.So be it, and so it is.
