Forgiveness = Ultimate Healing

Forgiveness is the ultimate healing.
For forgiveness must come from the heart.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean the person becomes your new best friend.
It doesn't mean the situation is no longer uncomfortable.

It means you no longer have a commitment to the pain and discomfort caused by someone else’s behaviors or a situation you cannot control.

The ancient Hawaiian’s have a practice called ho’oponopono - The literal translation means to make right with both ourselves and others. There is a mantra that you can use and repeat to help yourself move into a state of forgiveness using ho’oponopono.

Remember to to forgive yourself and allow your heart to breathe.

The mantra:

I’m sorry,
please forgive me,
thank you,
I love you.
