I wish you were there to see me...When I was brave enough to pack up everything I owned and move3000 miles away from all I knew and loved to find myself and new life.I wish you were there...When I returned home with my husband to be,to stand with my sister when she wed her loving husband.I wish you were there...To see me walk down the aisle wearing your wedding gownas I walked down the aisle on Daddy’s arm. Everyone said I looked just like you.I wish you were there...To see your three beautiful grandsons as they made their loud entrances into this world. And to experience the wonderful young men they have become.I wish you were there...To listen and share and offer advice and argue and apologize,and to know how much I loved you. And how much I miss you even after all these years.I wish I could...Hug and tell you I love you. But most of all say thank you for being therefor me for all of the short 23 years we had together.I love you Mom and I miss you!I wish every Mother, everywhere...Love, joy, happiness and abundance all day, every day throughout the year.Happy Mother’s day.
