Heart Light

As I feed my heart with Love,with pleasure,with joy –My inner heart light grows.As this light grows, the walls I have surrounded myself withbegin to crumble –they fall in soft pieces to the ground to be transformed.I bless these walls for keeping me safe butI now release them to the light.I am learning that my inner heart light is whattruly keeps me safe.I grow strong with this knowledge.I feed my light with Love, pleasure and joy!
