Creating the Rhythm of Life

When I turn inward and review the memories held deep in my heart,acknowledging both happy and joyous or sad and painful.I realize that my life is an amazing interwoven miracle.The tears I’ve cried,the laughter that has filled me,the lessons I’ve learned and lessons I’ve shared –all makeup the essence of who I am –a miracle of life –unique and wonderful.And all of me is carried in my heart – beating the rhythm of my life.
